Description
We run our shoots in the private woodland at The Wild Boar Inn, Crook and at our new site at Kirby Lonsdale.
The cost is £90 per person for private tuition (min of two people or 1:1 charged at £140 for activity only – Wild Boar shoot meals must be booked and paid for as taken separately at the restaurant (this is in-conjunction but an additional charge to the activity cost). The day will include a choice of dining experience at either the Grill & Smokehouse Restaurant within The Wild Boar, or one of it’s sister hotels*. The Inn is renowned locally for its traditional classic British menu including a selection of excellent home-smoked food and its alternative take on the classic Afternoon Tea. Payment for food is separate and done directly with the Inn after your meal. If you are a resident at another English Lakes hotel*, you are not obliged to eat at The Wild Boar and can choose from Blue Smoke on the Bay (located at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa). Kirby Lonsdale site does not require a food booing however we can recommend some great local restaurants.
During the shoot, we will spend a lot of time practicing good techniques in detail and individually correcting and enhancing your position and techniques as we progress, to give you the best experience and chance to hit the most targets. We are so confident in our tuition, that if anybody completes the full shoot and can’t hit a clay we will give that person their shoot for free! It’s not always easy to predict the weather, so just in case it isn’t perfect, don’t worry, we have a covered area to coach under.
